The Macro Policy Institute (MPI) is an independent non-profit organization that partners with private think tanks, academic institutions, and policy advocacy organizations to develop unbiased investigations and reasoned responses to the macroeconomic policy concerns of today.

In the works.

  • Journal submissions.

    Our scholars are in active pursuit of peer-reviewed publications in various specializations related to macroeconomic policy. Topics of interest include international fiscal policy, applied econometrics, & various other macro topics.

  • Published books.

    In addition to specialized journals, our scholars have published advanced monographs and other works including the recently released The Paradox of Fiscal Austerity, authored by Senior Scholar Dr. Justin Vélez-Hagan (Ph.D.).
